Display Panel Structure & Performance
The display screen is constructed by packaging red, green and blue LED chips into individual pixel units to form a matrix, which is then mounted onto plastic frames. 3.2 Equipped with driver ICs and input buffer ICs, the display can render videos, images, texts and other content once connected to an LED display control system. 3.3 The control system regulates driver ICs for red, green and blue LEDs, supporting up to 439.8 billion color combinations. 3.4 Modules and cabinets can be freely spliced horizontally and vertically to build display screens of custom dimensions.

- 1/16 constant-current scanning with PWM driver ICs.
- Modular design supports screens assembled in different sizes.

Disconnect the main power before installing, removing, or reconnecting modules. Use antistatic protection during handling. Use the specified DPS power supply and cables. Do not connect the module directly to 220 V AC or reverse the power polarity. Seal the cabinet joints and screen perimeter against water ingress. Check the screen interior for moisture after heavy rain. Keep the operating environment within −20°C to 40°C and 10%–90% RH; provide temperature control when needed. Avoid displaying the same static image or text for long periods. Use moving content to reduce uneven LED brightness degradation.
