Product Specification
P4-10S-H-2525 is a P4 outdoor LED display module designed for large-format commercial displays and outdoor information screens. It uses SMD2525 LEDs with a 1R1G1B pixel configuration, providing a pixel density of 62,500 pixels/m².
The module delivers a specified full-screen brightness of at least 4,200 cd/m², brightness uniformity greater than 0.95 and a refresh rate of 3,840 Hz. Its 140° horizontal and 130° vertical viewing angles provide good visibility for roadside advertising, building façades, stadium displays and other outdoor applications.
Each module measures 320 × 160 × 18 mm and provides a resolution of 80 × 40 pixels. Modules and cabinets can be assembled horizontally and vertically to build LED screens of different sizes. The recommended 960 × 960 mm cabinet provides a resolution of 240 × 240 pixels.
The module uses PWM driver ICs, a 1/10-scan constant-current driving method and a HUB75 signal interface. When connected to a compatible LED display control system, the screen can display synchronized video, images, text and other digital content.
For outdoor installation, cabinet joints and the screen perimeter must be properly sealed against water ingress. The cabinet, power-supply enclosure and supporting structure must be correctly grounded. Outdoor magnetic mounting is not recommended.

Disconnect the main power supply before installing, removing or reconnecting modules. Do not connect or disconnect power and signal cables while the display is energized. Do not connect the module directly to 220 V AC, and do not reverse the positive and negative DC power terminals. Wear an antistatic wrist strap and antistatic gloves when handling the modules. Installation tools, power-supply enclosures, cabinets and metal display structures must be properly grounded. Do not mix modules from different production batches on the same display, as visible color blocks or mosaic effects may occur. Avoid displaying static images, fixed text or unchanged backgrounds for extended periods. Moving images and scrolling text are recommended. Outdoor magnetic mounting is not recommended. Use a secure mechanical mounting structure and confirm the installation-hole drawing before manufacturing the cabinet. Seal the cabinet joints and screen perimeter with waterproof sealant. Inspect the inside of the display for moisture, water droplets or condensation after heavy rain. Handle modules carefully during transportation and maintenance. Do not drop, push, squeeze or press the modules.
