P4 Outdoor Flexible LED Module – R4-10S-1921 H
The R4-10S-1921 H is a P4 outdoor flexible LED module designed for curved and creative LED display applications. It features a 4mm pixel pitch, SMD1921 RGB LEDs, 1/10 scan constant-current driving and a 3840Hz refresh rate.
Flexible Silicone Module Design
The module uses a flexible silicone base that supports curved LED display structures. It can be used to create cylindrical screens, ribbon-shaped displays, wave-shaped displays and other creative LED installations.
4200 cd/m² Outdoor Brightness
With brightness of ≥4200 cd/m² and brightness uniformity greater than 0.95, the module is designed for outdoor flexible LED display applications.
320 × 160mm Flexible LED Module
Each module measures 320 × 160 × 11mm and provides a resolution of 80 × 40 pixels, with a pixel density of 62,500 dots/m².
Magnetic Installation
The module is equipped with magnetic mounting for convenient installation and maintenance. Customized painted iron cabinet or frame structures are recommended for reliable installation.
Curved Display Capability
The module supports horizontal inner-arc and outer-arc curved installations with specified bending angles of ≥162°. Vertical curved assembly is not permitted due to waterproofing requirements.

Use modules from the same production batch on one LED screen to avoid visible color differences. Do not connect the LED module directly to 220V AC. Ensure that the DC power polarity is correct. Disconnect the main power supply before installing or removing modules, power cables or signal cables. Avoid excessive pulling, bending or twisting during installation and maintenance. Do not allow sweat, water or other liquids to contact the LED module during maintenance. Do not use galvanized steel plates or galvanized square tubes as the mounting structure. A painted iron cabinet or frame is recommended. Do not touch the LED surface directly to avoid electrostatic damage. Protect the module edges and corners from impact to prevent LED damage. For outdoor installations, ensure proper waterproof sealing around the screen structure and cabinet. Inspect grounding and lightning protection systems periodically.
